— What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of surface will be used. Inflatables that are set up on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are set up on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. Surface must be level and clear of animal waste and other debris prior to set up arrival.

— Is there a delivery fee?

Set up and delivery is free within 20 miles of our location in Elgin, IL. Delivery over 20 miles will incur a travel fee and rental minimum, please contact us to quote delivery based on your event location.

— Is a deposit required?

A 50% deposit is required at booking. The final payment is due 72 hours prior to your event.

— Are your rentals clean and safe?

We are committed to making sure that your guests are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected after each use. We are SIOTO certified (Safety Inflatables Operators Training Organization).

— Can we use a water hose on the bounce house?

Under no circumstances should water be used with our inflatables. Water balloons, squirt guns, hoses, etc are not allowed.

— Do you offer balloons?

Yes! We offer balloon packages, custom decals, and backdrop rentals. These services are based on limited availability. If we can’t accommodate your request, we can refer you to our network of amazing local balloon artists! We do not allow clients to add their own balloons, decals, or decor due to staining.

— What if it rains?

We never want to cancel your rental, but in the event of rainy or windy weather we will contact you with the next steps, including rescheduling or a refund. For safety, we cannot allow our inflatables to be used in the rain or with winds of 15mph or more.

— Can you set up inside?

Absolutely! Our bounce houses can be set up inside and weighted with sandbags. Please note the size and height listed for each unit when selecting your bouncer. We also need an additional 5 feet of space in the back of the bouncer for the blower. If your event is at a venue, please verify that inflatables are allowed. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance for the venue.
